Using an owner approved pre-determined budget we keep all design costs low, yet provide superior engineering and value. M.M. Stewart Construction, Inc. provides residential contract services including Project Management, Consulting, and General Contracting. The owner can review all costs and even provide a pre-approved sub-contractor within our General Contract if requested. All costs are “Open Book” in order for the owner to review and approve total project costs. We work with our Clients to create a Positive Building Experience from conception to completion.

Our Process
We will set up an appointment with you to go over the project you’re interested in assigning to us. We value you client; therefore we tend to dedicate our time and expertise to provide you with enough information, which will prepare you to the next stage – deciding exactly what design and materials is right for your project.
Once our designs and materials are agreed upon, we will schedule a convenient start date to both parties and will provide you with the proper preparations needed to make it a smooth fun experience. At the last phase of the process, we will do a walk-through to make sure all details been covered and our clients are happy with the final product. After the job is completed, we will give a warranty determined by the nature of the project accomplished.

To Whom It May Concern:
We contracted with M. M. Stewart Construction to plan, coordinate, and supervise the addition of a garage and interior remodeling of our recently purchased burnt adobe lock home. The house was built in 1974, was basically in its original state, and bad in need of upgrading. Mr. Mark Stewart involved appropriate, knowledgeable people to develop plans for a garage which involved new construction and incorporating the carport. He made valuable and creative suggestions for the interior and determined what was needed to upgrade the house.
Since the water and electricity were inoperable during much of the project, my husband and I were unable to live in the house; therefore, we vacated to our home in Wisconsin. Much of the project updates, questions, concerns, etc., were communicated long distance over the phone.
Mark exhibited patience, understanding, and expertise when dealing with issues during the process and made good decisions when necessary. We are extremely pleased with the results. From our experience, we found Mark Stewart to be reputable, responsible, and honest.
